Lakefalls Lodge Wedding Venue Project

In the spring of 2023, I worked on a project for Lakefalls Lodge, a wedding venue, where I played a key role in conducting consumer research and developing a strategic marketing plan. My primary responsibility was utilizing syndicated data (specifically Simmons MRI) to create detailed target personas and identify key audience segments. Based on this data analysis, I developed a digital marketing strategy aimed at improving the venue's online presence and enhancing its brand positioning. I then delivered my findings and actionable insights to key stakeholders, influencing their business decisions and marketing strategies. This project allowed me to combine research, data analysis, and strategic thinking to help position Lakefalls Lodge for greater success in a competitive market.
